What lands are available for Noncompetitive "Postsale" Lease Offers

On the first business day following the competitive oral auction, lands that have been offered competitively and received no bids shall be available for leasing noncompetitively for two (2) years.

For instructions on how to file a noncompetitive offer, please visit our leasing instructions webpage.

To view the original lease sale notice, please visit our archives webpage.  Stipulations can be viewed from the original lease sale notices.  Please note that some parcels might state "see map" or "see map attachment".  These maps might not be available on-line, however if a map is needed, contact our public room at 703-440-1600.
