Notice of Realty Action for the Direct (Non-Competitive) Sale of Reversionary Interests in Oneida County, Wisconsin

The Bureau of Land Management Northeastern States Field Office, Milwaukee, Wisconsin intends to prepare a Resource Management Plan Amendment for the State of Wisconsin to consider the sale of reversionary interests in two parcels of land in Oneida County, Wisconsin.  The Notice of Intent to amend the 1985 Wisconsin Resource Management Plan announces the beginning of the 30-day scoping process for the proposed amendment, and if approved, the 45-day comment periodfor the proposed sale.  The purpose of the scoping process and comment period is to determine relevant issues that will be considered in the environmental analysis for the proposed amendment.  This notice also initiates the public comment period for the proposed sale of reversionary interests in land patented to the Unity Point Improvement Association pending approval of the plan amendment.
