Marquette County Proposed Sale of Public Land
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to sell a 0.82 acre parcel of public land in Marquette County, Michigan. This will be a written sealed bid auction.
WHEN: Bids must be received by 3:00 p.m. local time on April 29, 2013.
WHERE: Bids must be submitted to the BLM, Northeastern States Field Office. See Bid Instructions below.
MINIMUM BID: The minimum bid for the land is the fair market value as determined by the appraisal approved by the Office of Valuation Services dated October 30, 2012. The fair market value for the proposed sale is $4,200.
