Proposed Sale of Public Land - Langlade County, Wisconsin
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to sell 1.18 acres of land in Langlade County, Wisconsin. This will be a written sealed bid auction.
WHEN: Bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. CST October 5, 2007.
WHERE: Bids must be submitted to the BLM, Milwaukee Field Office. See Bid Instructions below.
MINIMUM BID: The minimum bid for the land is the fair market value as determined by an approved appraisal. The fair market value for the proposed sale is $93,000.
