Proposed Sale of Public Land
Bayfield County, Wisconsin

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to sell 92.26 acres of land in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. 

This will be a written sealed bid auction.

WHEN:  Bids must be received by 4:30 p.m. CST on December 21, 2009.

WHERE:  Bids must be submitted to the BLM, Milwaukee Field Office.  See Bid Instructions below.

MINIMUM BID:  The minimum bid for the land is the fair market value as determined by an approved appraisal.  The fair market value for the proposed sale is $92,000.
