NEPA Log 2013 | This log tracks the start and completion of BLM's review of actions under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). For some actions BLM may request public input during comment periods initiated through official notifications (i.e., direct mailing, local and/or state newspapers, Federal Register Notices). However, interested parties are also encouraged to check this site to ensure adequate time for comment on specific NEPA documents, especially for cases when an official planed public comment period is not planned. When timely comments are recieved they will be considered during the NEPA analysis and decision-making process.
