BLM will conduct biennial leasing in the On June 3, 2002, a lease sale for the Northeast Sector of NPR-A was
held with winning bids totaling $63, 811,496 on 60 tracts (579,269 acres).
The initial review of the bids, post-bid evaluation and bid certification
