Another 90 minutes and we arrive at the Black Hills Back Country Byway. We drink in the sweeping views of the Black Hills and Mount Graham. We cross the Gila River via the Old Safford Bridge during our 21-mile scenic drive. From here, we head west to the Arizona/New Mexico border.
