Public Hearing on the use of motorized vehicles and helicopters on the Piceance-East Douglas Herd Management Area Population Management Action is set for March 1, 2011 starting at 5:30 p.m. Following the hearing, BLM will open a Public Scoping Meeting concluding at 7:30 p.m. These meetings will be held at BLM's White River Field Office located at 220 East Market Street, Meeker, Colorado 81641.
