    comments obtained on draft RMP/EIS
  • File Final EIS with Environmental Protection
    Agency (EPA) and make publicly available
  • Make copies of any substantial Mitigation
    Action Plan publicly available

  • 30-day protest period
  • Protests are submitted to BLM Director
Fall/Winter 2010Resolve Protests & 
Issue Notice of Significant

    plan, BLM issues a Notice of Significant Changes
