Pumphouse is approximately 10 miles from Highway 9 on Grand County #1 (Trough Road). From Kremmling take Hwy 9 south about 1 mile to Grand County 1 (Trough Road). Go west on Grand County 1 (Trough Road) for 10 miles, and turn right onto Pumphouse access road.
Pumphouse is a float boat put-in point for private rafting, kayaking, and guided fishing trips on the upper segment of the Colorado River. The area provides 18 individual and 2 group camp sites with tables and fire grills, 3 boat launches, and 3 accessible vault toilets. The majority of use is commercial float trips that arrive early in the day for full and half day float trips down the river. Pumphouse is located along the Colorado River Headwaters National Scenic Byway.

Day Use Fees:
- $3 per vehicle per day, valid at Pumphouse & Radium
- Fees charged from May 1 to October 1
- Season pass available from Kremmling Field Office for $15
Camping:
· Individual Camp Sites:
o 18 sites. Available on first-come, first-serve basis.
o $10 per night, per site (May 1 to October 31)
o Fee includes parking for one vehicle, each extra vehicle pays the day use fee of $3 per day
o 14 day limit
· Group Camp Sites:
o 2 sites. Available on first-come, first-serve basis if not reserved.
o $30 per night, per site (May 1 to October 31)
o Reservations can be made by calling the BLM Kremmling Field Office at 970-724-3000 or by visiting us on Highway 40 at the west end of Kremmling, CO, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
