OHV REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:   All OHVs on public lands must be registered. Colorado residents must register their OHV with the state. Out of state residents must have their state registration with them while riding their OHVs on public lands in Colorado. Colorado recognizes valid registrations from all other states. If your OHV is not registered in your home state, your registration is expired, or you will be riding in Colorado for more than 30 consecutive days, you are required to purchase a Colorado Registration.  OHV registrations can be purchased through the Colorado State Parks Office (Denver) 303-791-1920 or in Grand Junction at Corn Lake, 361  32 Rd, 970-434-3388.

PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED HUNTERS:  Hunters with a mobility impairment may obtain a special permit from the Colorado Division of Wildlife  (in Grand Junction, 970-255-6100) to use an OHV while hunting.  NOTE:  Physically impaired permits will not be issued for the Black Ridge Canyons Wilderness.
