This beautiful trail winds its way through a variety of landscapes as it follows old jeep roads through this scenic area. There is very little vehicle traffic so riders can concentrate on the outstanding views of the Gunnison Valley and the West Elk Wilderness. Intermediate to advanced with some steep segments with loose rock. Endurance is the main factor due to the length of the trail. Access roads are muddy and slippery when wet. Trail is not signed.
