Trail Etiquette 

• Stay on the trail - follow the switchbacks even if you see a more direct route.
• Pack out your trash.
• Pedestrians have the right of way over bikers, and both hikers and bikers must yield to horses. 
• Do not disturb wildlife or environment along the trail. Disturbing wildlife or damaging the environment destroys the trail for all of us

Keep it Safe

• Always tell someone where you will be hiking and your expected return time.
• Keep an eye to the sky, summer flash flooding can be deadly.
