Two Week Public Scoping Nominated Parcels and Maps Field Office project lead contacts are listed on the nominated parcel webpage.	December 3, 2012- December 17, 2012	Two week public scoping period of nominated lease parcels including preliminary recommendations and stipulations. Stipulation summaries, GIS shapefiles, and maps are also provided. This allows the public an opportunity to provide comments, which are then analyzed and incorporated into the environmental analysis as appropriate.

The parcels that were evaluated in the Grand Junction and Uncompahgre field offices for a two-week scoping period were held for additional analysis. Thirty day lease sale protest period begins.   A determination of NEPA adequacy was done for the parcels in the Little Snake Field Office. The EA can be found here . Those parcels were deferred from the February 2013 Lease Sale
