Introduction
Special Agents are responsible for enforcing federal laws and regulations related to the public lands and resources. This includes conducting complex investigations requiring the use of plain clothes/undercover operations, targeted surveillance, developing informants, serving search warrants, providing liaison with criminal justice officials, apprehending violators through criminal complaints and/or making arrests, and providing technical assistance to BLM Rangers.
