The BLM has currently completed the steps shown in the orange boxes, including developing the Preparation Plan, the Scoping Report, the Analysis of the Management Situation, and the Reasonable Foreseeable Development Scenario. The next step in the process is the public review of the Draft Resource Management Plan Amendment (RMPA)/EIS.
