If you are unsure of which Meridian your information resides in, you may View the State Map to determine which Meridian within the state of Colorado covers your area of interest.

Colorado Cadastral records are organized in directories by the Meridian in which the survey is located. Townships are further broken-down by direction from the Meridian or Base Line origin.  Select the direction (East, West, North, South) in which the township you are seeking information is located.  You will receive a table containing the currently available digital survey information for that area of the Principal Meridian.  The information is sorted first by township in ascending order followed by range in ascending order.  Each available survey will show the approval date, group number, type of survey, and plat and field note links.

If your township is on the border of one of the Principal Meridians be sure and check the adjacent Meridian for possible additional information.

Alternately, most Windows 95 or later computers are equipped with an image viewer that will present the TIFF file for viewing or printing on your local printer. Using this option you must first save the linked file to your computer and then open with your image viewer.
