BLM Uncompahgre NEPA documents available online

MONTROSE, CO—The Bureau of Land Management Uncompahgre Field Office has announced that National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents issued in fiscal year 2005 can be viewed and downloaded online.  The Bureau has received a growing number of requests from the public preferring online access to NEPA documents. 

NEPA documents issued from the BLM Uncompahgre FO since Oct. 1, 2004 can be viewed at http://www.co.blm.gov/nepa/ufonepa.htm.  NEPA documents issued prior to this date are only available in hard copy and will be mailed upon request. 

“We are always looking for ways to streamline our processes to make it more convenient and timely for the public to receive the information it desires,” said Field Manager Barb Sharrow.
