Description: The amendment is for the addition of a diversion ditch which exits the current ROW ditch and runs across the valley floor for 1483 feet where it enters private land and continues along the east side of the canyon parallel to CR 41.The ditch exits the southern end of the private land and extends for 1522 feet across the entrance to East Canyon, where it again enters private land.
The amendment also includes a request for maintenance and repair of both ditches using a 6” blade. Total linear feet of ditch to be maintained on public land is 6305 feet.
