1. How to Volunteer:
To become a volunteer, apply for one of the volunteer opportunities at Volunteer.gov/gov and/or complete and submit a Volunteer Application (Form 1114-10) to the office nearest you to help match skills and interest with volunteer opportunities.
The BLM has 16 Field Offices in California. Our location map shows the jurisdiction of each of the Field Offices, as well as address, telephone number, and name of the Field Manager for each office.
2. Who is eligible:
Anyone over the age of 18 years can volunteer. Youths under the age of 18 must volunteer with a parent/guardian or be a part of an organized youth group such as a school, civic, or church group. Youth volunteers must have written parental or guardian consent.
