California Wild Horse & Burro Adoption Schedule

Visit our Litchfield or Ridgecrest Corrals Monday through Friday during business hours. If you wish to adopt during your visit, please schedule an appointment so we may provide you better service. A small group of animals is usually available in Redlands at the Sundance Ranch the second Saturday of each month. Contact the Ridgecrest Corrals at 800-951-8720 for more information on those animals. Fill out your adoption application prior to arrival or at the adoption site.
If you are interested in the Twin Peaks HMA horses or burros and do not want to wait until we come to your area, please contact the Litchfield Corrals at 800-545-4256.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Adoptions are open from 8 am to 5 pm on the day of the adoption. The Redlands adoption will be open from 8 am to 3 pm on adoption days--the second Saturday of each month. The bidding begins at 9 am, except as noted. Previews are listed below. For all adoptions, after the silent bidding has concluded, any remaining animals will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
