Description: Perennial herb 3-10 inches (8-25cm) tall. Leaves roundish, 1/8 - 3/8 inches (3-10mm) long. Inflorescence is cyme-like and upright, with scale-like bracts. Involucres are 1/8 inch (2-2.5mm) long. Flowers are white, 1/8 inch (2-3mm) long. Fruit are 1/8 inch (2.5-3mm) long. Distribution: Habitat: Red clay of Ione Formation. Elevation 192 - 464 feet.
