A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

Debra Saturnino Olinger is the representative of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. Ms. Olinger is knowledgeable of the local area as an allotted landowner of tribal lands. She has served on various committees and boards, and has extensive volunteer service in political campaigns, community outreach and advocating for youth. 

Ms. Olinger is self employed as an investment and property manager.
