Stan Leach is an independent contract logger in northwestern California and president of his own timber company. Stan represents commercial timber interests on the council.

Stan has lived and worked all his life in northwestern California and participates as chairperson for the Redding Chapter of the Associated California Loggers, is past president of the state ACL and past president of the French Gulch-Whiskeytown School Board.
