Rondal Snodgrass has many years of involvement and experience in land conservation programs on California's North Coast. He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics, a masters degree in education and has completed a graduate, land counselor training program. He has on-the-ground knowledge of the North Coast and complex natural resource conservation issues. He has strong organizational skills, as evidenced by his founding and continuing direction of Sanctuary Forest, Inc., a conservation organization that manages an ecological preserve. Mr. Snodgrass is a respected leader of the land conservation community on California's North Coast and is locally respected for his abilities at working with diverse groups to find common ground solutions to natural resource issues. He has a proven record of working with major timber companies, private land owners, conservation groups, elected officials and federal, state and local agencies. He is a strong supporter of using community partnerships as a key to effective management of public lands.
