Julie Rogers

Julie Rogers represents the public at large on the council.  She is the co-founder and executive director of the Modocino County Fire Safe Council, which has won many grants and undertaken numerous projects to improve community fire safety and protection.  Through the Fire Safe Council she has developed solid working relationships with local elected officials, state and federal government agencies, resource conservation groups and leaders of community fire departments. 

Julie has served as an assistant to a member of the California State Assembly, giving her insight into public issues and concerns of the region.  She has also been a deputy clerk in the California Supreme Court.  Ms. Rogers has lived in the region for 19 years and resides in Ukiah.
