Todd Swickard

Federal Grazing

Todd Swickard operates a ranching and hay growing operation in Lassen County and represents federal grazing permittees on the council.  He has held leadership positions with the California Cattlemen's Association, BLM Susanville District Grazing Advisory Board, Cal-Neva-Willow Creek Grazing Association and the Milford-Beckwith Grazing Association.  He has been active in multiple resource conservation efforts and locally driven efforts to develop a conservation strategy for sage grouse and serves on the Lassen County Board of Education.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in agricultural management and holds a federal grazing permit.
