A seagull flies over the California Coastal National Monument which stretches along the entire coast of California and extends 12 miles into the Pacific Ocean.  The Monument includes 20,000 rocks, islands, pinnacles and reefs.

Rosalee Bradley

Ms. Bradley is a long-time equestrian endurance rider having participated as the ride manager for the Land of Neversweats Endurance Ride, an annual event on BLM public lands.  She has over 5,000 lifetime endurance racing miles, mostly on BLM-managed lands, for her endurance riding pursuits and training for events organized by the American Endurance Conference. 

 Ms. Bradley represents dispersed recreation on the council.  She is a former member of of the Susanville District Advisory Council where she also represented recration interests. 

Dr. Bradley is a psycologist and holds a Ph. D in clinical psycology from Washington State University.
