Pete Neely, a business owner in Chester, California, represents the public-at-large on the council.  A lifelong resident of northeastern California, he is avid outdoor enthusiast involved in hun ting, fishing, hiking, motocycle riding, canoeing and camping.  In addition to his outdoor pursuits, Mr. Neely is a civic  leader serving as president of his homeowners assoiciation and volunteering for the sports programs at Chester High School, the Motorcycle Racing Association of Northern Nevada and Lassen Motorcycle Club.

A lifelong resident of northeastern California, Mr. Neely lives in Chester, California.
