Judy Oliver is a public health nurse in Lassen County and loves the outdoors.  In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, horseback riding and off-highway driving.  She knows northeastern California well, having lived in Susanville, Alturas, Surprise Valley and Reno over the past 18 years.
