Carol Montgomery is a longtime resident of Lassen County and currently serves on the business staff at Lassen Community College in Susanville. She has been involved in public land issues for many years, most recently working with a citizen support group helping the BLM with management of the Black Rock Desert-High Rock Canyon-Emigrant Trails National Conservation Area.
