NEW:  Northern California Resource Advisory Council

A new advisory council is being formed to replace the Northeast California and Northwest California resource advisory councils.  This advisory council will work on public land issues for the BLM Northern California District and its field offices based in Alturas, Arcata, Susanville, and Redding. 

Nominations are being accepted for 15 seats.
