Zachary N. Scrivner

Zachary N. Scrivner is a member of the Kern County Board of Supervisors representing the Second District having been elected to his position in November 2010.  His priorities are economic and private-sector growth in the areas of aerospace, alternative energy, manufacturing and logistics, as well as fiscal management in county government.  Zach served on the National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Finance Commission, appointed by House Ways and Means Chairman, Congressman Bill Thomas. As a second elected official sitting on the council, Supervisor Scrivner will provide invaluable constituent input into public land management issues in the Kern County portion of the California Desert Conservation Area.
