Dr. Tom Scott resides in Riverside and represents wildlife interests. He is a Natural Resource and Wildlife Specialist and Professor with the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of California in Riverside, and has 25 years experience in southern California land and resources management, conservation biology, wildlife and habitat management. Dr. Scott has served on numerous scientific advisory panels for wildlife, forestry, land use, and endangered species habitat conservation plans.
Tom received his bachelor's degree in zoology and master's degree in biology from San Diego State University. He earned his PhD in Wildland Resource Science from the Univeristy of California, Berkeley.
