Richard Rudnick is a rancher and is a federal grazing permittee on public lands in southern California.  He is a renewable resource representative on the council  and represents grazing interests. 

Mr. Rudnick has grazed cattle and sheep as a BLM permittee in western Mojave Desert since 1975 and is very knowledgeable about BLM-managed public lands, issues and challenges.  Mr. Rudnick has served on BLM's California Desert Multiple Use Advisory Board representing livestock grazing on 25 million acres. 

Mr. Rudnick holds a bachelor of science degree in agricultural business from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and resides in Bakersfield.
