Mark Murray represents public-at-large interests and resides in Long Beach. He has over 30 years of senior management and engineering experience within the electric utility industry. Mr. Murray is currently the manager of government and tribal lands for Southern California Edison. He is also chairman for the Western Utility Group (WUG) which is an ad hoc organization composed of electric, pipeline, and communication companies and Federal power marketing administrations operating in 11 western states. WUG works towards enhancing coordination among utilities and various agencies on common environmental and land use issues associated with utility facilities on public lands.
