Dale Kuhnle has operated ranches and farms within or adjacent to the Carrizo Plain National Monument for more than 20 years and represents those who graze livestock within the monument's boundary. He was born and raised in the Carrizo Plains and has been heavily involved in the family partnership his entire life.
Dale studied agriculture business management, farm management and animal science at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. He is the chairman for the local Farm Bureau and Farm Services Agency County Committee.
