Correction to Effective Date of Revised Onshore Oil and Gas Order Number 1

An effective date given in Wednesday’s Federal Register Notice announcing the final update of Onshore Oil and Gas Order Number 1 was incorrect.

The correct effective date is May 7, 2007.

A second Notice correcting the effective date of the revised Onshore Order will be published in the Federal Register on Friday, March 9.
