Students learn about BLM at high school career day
Sophia Weinmann, left, and Julie Wynia, interns at BLM's Mother Lode Field Office, talk to students at El Dorado High School during a recent career day. About 1,400 students attended the career day to hear about careers in both the public and private sectors. In addition to their work at Pine Hill Preserve, the two interns and other BLM staff have been participating at career days to inform students about BLM and potential careers.
