Declining Deposit Account
NOTE: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW DDA ACCOUNTS. WE ARE PHASING THEM OUT.
The Declining Deposit Account (DDA) is established by customers to expedite payment proceedures. When records are requested from the Information Access Center (IAC) or the Survey Records Section, the customer's account is debited. BLM Field or District Offices do not maintain DDA accounts; this is only handled at the BLM State Office.
Changes to account information must be submitted in writing to the BLM California State Office at 2800 Cottage Way, Suite W-1623, Sacramento, CA 95825.
