The Ukiah Field Office offers several locations for hiking, equestrian, and mountain biking. Please be aware that portions of a trail may not be advisable for mountain biking and equestrian. Also, the southern portion of Cow Mountain is open to all use, but be aware the primary use in south Cow Mountain is Off-Highway Vehicles.  For more specific information and/or to have a map mailed to you, please call (707) 468-4000 or e-mail the Ukiah Field Office, including your mailing address.

	* Kowalski Trail closed until further notice due to dam restrictions. ** The easternmost 2 miles of the Glen Eden trail is closed to mountain biking.  Bikes must be walked through this portion of the trail.
