National Public Lands Day

National Public Lands Day

***Check back in August for upcoming National Public Lands Day events.***

Past Events:

Clear Creek Greenway Clean up Day

For the past several years, on National Public Lands Day, employees of the Bureau of Land Management and Western Shasta Resource Conservation District, along with members of the Horsetown Clear Creek Preserve and public volunteers, took to the creek and roads to remove trash and debris.

Each year, there was a small but determined group of volunteers that accomplished an incredible amount of work.

This year, we hope to accomplish even more along the Clear Creek Greenway.

Volunteers are rewarded for their hard work with a delicious barbeque, and each participant also receives a NPLD t-shirt.

See some pictures of previous years' events below.

We hope you can join us on this great day of volunteerism.
