Fishing Guide Special Recreation Permit applications
BLM - Redding will be accepting fishing guide Special Recreation Permit applications August 10th through August 28th.  Visit the Outfitters and Guides page for more information.

Fire Restrictions begin July 1st, 2015
The BLM's Redding Field Office will enact fire restrictions starting July 1st, 2015.  Fire restrictions will be in effect from July 1st until further notice.

Woodcutting is Currently Closed

Woodcutting is currently closed on BLM's Redding Field Office managed lands.  Woodcutting will re-open in the spring.  For more information, or to be put on the alert list for when re-opening occurs, please call 530-224-2150.

BLM-Redding is looking for campground hosts at several campgrounds.  Hosts will be needed at Douglas City, Junction City, Steel Bridge, and Shasta campgrounds.  Contact Bill Kuntz at 530-224-2157 for more information or to apply.
