Mountain View IV Wind Energy Project Final EIR/EIS

This Final EIR/EIS is intended to inform decision-makers, other responsible or interested agencies, and the general public of the potential environmental effects of the proposed project. The Final EIR/EIS enables governmental agencies and the public to evaluate the proposed project in terms of its environmental consequences, to examine and implement methods of eliminating or reducing any adverse impacts, and to consider project alternatives. In arriving at a decision whether to proceed with the proposed project or an alternative to the project, the BLM and the City will consider the potential environmental impacts and alternatives discussed. Upon completion of the thirty (30) day review period, the BLM will prepare and issue a Record of Decision.
