Clear Creek Management Area - Refunds for 2008 Season Passes As a result of the recent temporary closure of the Clear Creek Management Area (CCMA), the Bureau of Land Management Hollister Field Office will be issuing refunds to everyone who purchased a 2008 Season Pass (SP) regardless of where you purchased your SP. Refunds will be based on the fee you would have paid on a single trip to the CCMA. Refunds will be as follows: 1) If you paid $80.00 for a SP and registered only one OHV, you will be charged for one OHV ($10.00/ea) and one primary vehicle charge ($5.00/ea) for a total of $15.00 leaving a balance of $65.00 which will be refunded to you. 2) If you paid $80.00 for a SP and registered two OHVs, you will be charged for two OHVs ($10.00/ea) and one primary vehicle charge ($5.00/ea) for a total of $25.00 leaving a balance of $55.00 which will be refunded to you. 3) If you paid $100.00 for a SP and registered three OHVs, you will be charged for three OHVs ($10.00/ea) and one primary vehicle charge ($5.00/ea) for a total of $35.00 leaving a balance of $65.00 which will be refunded to you. 4) If you paid $120.00 for a SP and registered four OHVs, you will be charged for four OHVs ($10.00/ea) and one primary vehicle charge ($5.00/ea) for a total of $45.00 leaving a balance of $75.00 which will be refunded to you. NOTE: If you purchased a Season Pass and subsequently added additional OHVs, your deduction will be charged from your combined payment and you will receive one refund check or credit card credit. All amounts received/transactions will be noted and highlighted on the bottom of your receipt. Refunds will be initiated immediately. If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be credited. If you paid by cash or check, you should expect to receive your refund in the mail within 60 days. If you have any questions, please call the Hollister Field Office at 831-630-5000, Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Bureau of Land Management |
