Viewing access to this rock is available from Lighthouse Field State Beach near the Mark Abbot Memorial Lighthouse and Santa Cruz Surfing Muesum at Lighthouse Point.

This portion of the California Coastal National Monument is part of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary managed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
