Access to these rocks is available through the U.S. Forest Service - Los Padres National Forest Pfeiffer Beach Day Use Access Point.
This portion of the California Coastal National Monument is within the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary managed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
