South Yuba River:
- Dredging Permits will NOT be issued this 2008 season due to a Mercury Study by the BLM on the South Yuba River. For further information, please contact the BLM Folsom Field Office @ 916-985-4474.
- South Yuba Campgrounds are now open - April 9, 2008
Merced River:
- The Briceburg Visitor Center is now open Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. It has been a beautiful spring in the Merced River Canyon. The Red bud are just finishing their show of color and the latest extravaganza belongs to the bush lupine. Stop by for a visit if you are in the area . . .
