Detailed Wash Zone Map 2-32

Map 2-32, from the Northern and Eastern Colorado Desert Coordianted Management Plan (NECO) Final Environmental Impact Statement provides greater detail of the location of the wash zones within the Chemehuevi and Chuckwalla DWMAs affected by the Federal Court injunction. It shows all the wash zones within these DWMAs, both those closed as a result of BLM's December 2002 Record of Decision (ROD) for the NECO plan amendment, as well as those now temporarily restricted to vehicle use as a result of the injunction.

The map also shows the routes that were designated open in the NECO ROD, including the 1,694 miles of routes in the Chemehuevi and Chuckwalla DWMAs. These designated open routes are unaffected by the court restriction.

Map 2-32 (PDF 1.73 megabytes)  is a large map, 24" x 30", suitable for printing on a large format printer.
